Sharp, stitching, cutting pains call for Kali Carb. Its pains may occur in fingertips, toes, ears and the soles of the feet as well as joints, muscles or backs. Its backache, particularly upper backache, feels weak as if broken or about to give out(including pains during labor).In the lungs, these cutting pains follow a dry hard night cough. It also applies to weakness, swollen puffy eyelids, and much sweating even without heat. Symptoms tend to be worse from 24 a.m., and with drafts or cold air and improve with warmth and motion.
