CLINICAL CAS

 CLINICAL CASE 1

Asma, a 45-year-old, just had a phlebectomy under epidural anesthesia. Since she came back to her hospital room, she has been experiencing severe headaches associated with nausea and dizziness triggered at the slightest movement. The patient talks about the technical difficulties encountered during the epidural gesture.

After 48 hours at the hospital, Veronique is discharged with a prescription of paracetamol (acetaminophen) (3 g/24 h) and bed rest for one week. Results are limited.

■ IN LIGHT OF THE PROBABLE TRAUMA TO THE SPINE, I RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING TREATMENT:

• Natrum sulfuricum 15 CH and

• Hypericum perforatum 9 CH, 5 pellets of each, every 2 hours, space out the takes according to improvement.

After two days of treatment taking the medicines morning and evening, my patient was sufficiently improved to resume some limited activity, while resting in bed in the afternoon.
